Jerone Williams, MA
Executive Director
Mr. Williams is a Los Angeles native who has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from The University of New Mexico and a Master of Arts Degree in Negotiation and Conflict Management from California State University at Dominguez Hills. He has received extensive mediation training from various agencies such as The Los Angeles County Bar Association, The United States Post Office Redress Program, The Centinela Youth Services Program, and many others. Mr. Williams is an excellent communicator with over 20 years of experience.
Mr. Williams' refined interpersonal skills have helped transform conflict and allow parties to be heard and understood with his strong presence. He has an extraordinary ability to create an environment where all parties are acknowledged, listened to, and validated which is an environment conducive to dispute resolution and improved relationships. Mr. Williams specializes in dispute resolution in the workplace to create safe and harmonious environments to increase productivity and mitigate disciplinary or legal action. He is a Certified Workplace Mediator through Mediation Training Institute International at Eckerd College.
